Sweetvine began as a quiet conviction: that a neighborhood cafe should feel like a sanctuary, not a stopover. We opened our doors on Willamette Highway with one simple promise — to serve coffee that honors the bean and pastries that taste like they came from an actual oven, not a box.
Every recipe is developed in-house. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who practice sustainable farming, and our bakery uses locally milled flour, pasture-raised eggs, and butter from Oregon dairies. We measure twice, rest longer, and never rush a proof.
